REFUND POLICY

At Synapse Circle ( Laurels Trophy), we are committed to providing high-quality digital learning programs, online courses, and educational services. Before enrolling in any program or purchasing any digital product, we request all users to carefully review the course details, curriculum, features, and inclusions.

Please read the following Refund Policy clearly:


1. No Refund Policy (Strict)

All purchases made through Laurel Strophy — including but not limited to digital courses, subscriptions, online classes, mock exams, study materials, and community access — are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Once a payment is completed, the user gains immediate access to digital content, intellectual property, internal learning frameworks, and proprietary resources. Therefore:

  • No full or partial refunds

  • No cancellations

  • No transfer of fees to another program

  • No adjustments to future batches

All sales are final.


2. Access Issues or Technical Problems

If you experience a technical issue (e.g., login problems, access not activated, content not loading), the Synapse support team will assist and resolve the issue at the earliest.

Technical issues do not qualify as grounds for refund.


3. Duplicate Payments

If a duplicate payment is detected due to a payment gateway error, we will verify the transaction and process a refund for the extra charge within 7–10 working days.


4. Unauthorized Transactions

If you believe a transaction was made without your consent, please contact us within 24 hours with proof, and our team will investigate the matter. Unauthorized payments may be refunded only if proven valid.


5. Program Changes or Academic Reasons

Refunds will not be issued for reasons including:

  • Change of mind

  • Change in personal schedule

  • Change in exam dates

  • Not following the study plan

  • Not attending live classes

  • Low performance in mock tests or exams

  • Joining by mistake

Access is granted instantly; hence no refunds apply.
