The ENT Department at Sri Manakula Vinayagar Medical College and Hospital has been the foundation of my postgraduate training. During my three years of residency, I have gained valuable experience in managing a wide range of ENT cases, handling emergencies, assisting and performing surgeries, and working closely with experienced faculty and colleagues. The department has provided a supportive learning environment that has helped me grow both professionally and personally, while strengthening my clinical skills, surgical confidence, and approach to patient care.
