Hi, I’m Dr. Merin Jughy J, currently pursuing my Postgraduate degree in ENT (Otorhinolaryngology) at Kodagu Institute of Medical Sciences, Madikeri.

Having gone through the process of choosing a PG specialty and adapting to postgraduate life, I understand how confusing and overwhelming it can be for juniors. Through this platform, I hope to share my experiences and insights to help future PG aspirants make better-informed decisions about their specialty, college, workload, academic environment, and overall PG experience.

My aim is to help juniors understand not just the academic aspects of a course, but also the work culture, toxicity, support system, and challenges they may encounter—so they can choose a place where they can learn, grow, and maintain their well-being.
