Every guidance call is 30 minutes and takes place through a private Google Meet link.

03 Can I use my package credits with different doctors?

Yes. Valid credits can be used with any available doctor listed on the platform.

04 Will I receive the doctor’s phone number?

No. Phone numbers and personal contact details are not exchanged. Calls happen through Google Meet.

05 How will I receive the meeting link?

Your booking confirmation and meeting information will be sent through your registered email and WhatsApp.

06 Can I reschedule my call?

One eligible reschedule is allowed when requested with reasonable notice before the scheduled call.

07 What happens if I miss the call?

If you do not attend the scheduled call, the call credit will be considered used.

08 What happens if the doctor cancels?

Your credit will not be lost. You can reschedule or choose another available doctor.

09 When do my call credits expire?

Your package expiry date will be shown during purchase and inside your student account.

10 Will the doctor tell me which college I must choose?

No. The doctor shares personal experience and practical insights. The final counselling decision remains with you.
